At New Celebrity Jackets, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility:

You may request a return only if the item you received is defective or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, contact us at sales@newcelebrityjackets.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in the original packaging.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A tracking number must be provided for return verification.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund within 2–3 business days.

Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

We allow product exchanges for size or defect issues. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at sales@newcelebrityjackets.com. The item must be unused and in original condition. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations:

Within 12 hours: Full refund

Within 3 days: 20% cancellation fee

Within 4–7 days: 30% cancellation fee

After 7 days or once shipped: Cancellation not accepted
